Inside: The property consists of 3 levels being Ground level, lower ground and 1st floor. The Ground Floor consists of a large, comfortable, open plan living room has 50" Plasma TV, Dream box with over 150 new release movies, plus DVD player.
 
There are patio doors leading to the private pool and luxury terrace area. There is a fully equipped spacious kitchen with quality appliances and all mod cons. There is also a shower room on the ground floor and 1 double bedroom which has its own private terrace with patio doors leading to the pool.
   
The Lower Ground level is a self contained unit and is perfect for guests or visitors. It has inside access to the main house and also its own private access to the outside. It is very tastefully designed to the highest of standards. There is a shower room with WC, a games room consisting of a 42" Plasma, Wii, playstation and also a sofabed. There is also a good sized double room.
 
The lower ground also homes the washing machine, iron, fridge and ice machine provided for your convenience.
 
The First floor of the villa consists of the master bedroom has an en-suite shower / WC including a patio door with Balcony and Sea views. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds, balcony with Sea views and also another room with a sofa bed and cot. There is a family bathroom which is a good size also.
 
All rooms have full remote air conditioning, central heating and all have blackout blinds and curtains. All bedding, linen and bathroom towels are provided.
 
Guests must supply their own beach towels.
 

The Patio area with outdoor furniture and barbeque provide the perfect space for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The private swimming pool is fully maintained with the added benefit of an outdoor shower. There is an electric awning which is 4 metres wide and extends around 2 metres from the house providing a perfect shade for those extremely sunny days (about 300 per year). 
 
There is a glass partition with lockable gate which is ideal for younger children to secure your pool area.
 

There is also a raised area of decking at the far end of the pool area which provides a perfect sunbathing area. Recessed into the decking is 2 of the worlds first rotating sun loungers which fit up to 3 people on each and move to the suns aspect, an absolute luxury if I might add.
 
The Outdoor area also has a 5 person Jacuzzi/hot tub which can be filled on request.
 
Palm Trees, shrubs and colourful flower beds surround the area and a mixture of lighting features enhance the evening ambience.
