The Ground Floor consists of a large, comfortable, open plan living room has Flat screen TV and DVD player. There are patio doors leading to the terrace area which has a set of table and chairs perfect for entertaining and alfresco dining. There is an equipped spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is also a WC room on the ground floor.
 
The First floor of the villa consists of the master bedroom which has an en-suite shower / WC including a patio door with Balcony and Sea views. There are another 2 bedrooms one with 2 single beds and one with a double. There is also a family bathroom which is a good size also.
 
All rooms have full remote air conditioning/heating systems and all rooms have blackout blinds and curtains. All bedding, linen and bathroom towels are provided.
 
Guests must supply their own beach towels. 
 
Patio area along with outdoor furniture provides the perfect space for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The pool is great for children or perfect for cooling off on those hot Cyprus days.
 
There is also a raised area of decking opposite the pool area which provides a perfect sunbathing area. Recessed into the decking is a rotating sun lounger which fits up to 3 people and moves to the suns aspect, an absolute luxury if I might add.
