2 bedroom Villa for the ideal holiday in Cyprus with Communal Pool in Pernera area of the resort of Protaras in Cyprus available for holiday rentals. The villa is close to the beautiful beaches of Cyprus, bars, restaurants, tavernas, shops, banks and supermarkets.

The Villa:
2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom upstairs, downstairs toilet/washbasin with a sofa bed in the lounge.

There is air conditioning, a safe and hair dryer.

 
The Villa is finished throughout in a modern contemporary style to a very high standard. Both bedrooms have balconies, one double and one twin with plenty of fitted wardrobe space. The master bathroom is upstairs.

 
Downstairs is open plan with sitting, dining and kitchen areas. There is a separate toilet and washbasin room.

 
The kitchen is fitted to a high standard with all mod cons including:

 
4 ring hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and other electrical appliances.

The lounge has a double pull out sofa bed and modern contemporary leather furniture. TV/DVD Playstation 2, stereo and a selection of DVDs.

Patio doors lead out onto a paved area with views of the pool. There are sun loungers, patio furniture seating 6 and a BBQ for alfresco eating.

The communal pool serves only 10 villas and has shower/toilet and changing facilities adjacent to the pool.
 

The Area:

The Villa is situated in the quiet pretty coastal village of Pernera in with excellent bars, restaurants including Italian, Mexican, Traditional Tavernas, supermarkets, souvenir shops, travel agents, banks and evening entertainment.

Only a 5 minute walk to a golden sandy beach near the Harbour where boat trips can be taken. The beach is ideal for children and adults with water sports available.

A visit to Protaras with the golden sandy beach of Fig Tree Bay is a must and can be reached by car or the local bus service.

The bustling resort of Ayia Napa is only a 15 minutes drive or bus ride away.

Larnaca International Airport is the nearest airport and is only a 45 minute drive away.
