Ayia Thekla Beach, Ayia Napa – Cyprus

Description:

Ayia Thekla beach is approximately 7 kilometres away from Ayia Napa centre and is a very relaxing, tranquil sandy beach on the east coast of Cyprus.
 

The beach is named after the small church next to it which is visited by both locals and tourists.
 

Ayia Thekla beach which has Blue Flag status, is 300 metres long and mainly occupied by visitors and residents of the nearby villas in Ayia Thekla.
 
There are sunbeds available for hire and changing facilities at the beach as well as a lifeguard during the summer season.
 

Water sports facilities are available on the beach including jet -ski hire, canoes, pedal boats, water skiing, power boats, paragliding to name but a few.
 

Refreshments can be bought at the beach taverna which sells both food and drink.
