Akti Olympion A Beach in Limassol, Cyprus

Description:

Akti Olympion A Beach stretches 2 kilometres long and 40 metres wide making up the seafront promenade of the port town of Limassol in Cyprus.
 

The sand on the beach is grey coloured and the sea can be rough at times making it an ideal location for windsurfing. Other water sports are also available to participate in along the beach.
 

The promenade has a footpath and cycle path running along it with ample car parks. There are also many tavernas, restaurants and bars for refreshments.

 
Atki Olympion A beach has Blue Flag status and lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. Facilities on the beach include changing rooms, showers and toilets. Sun beds and parasols can be hired.
