Description:
Aradippou is a town located in the Larnaca district of Cyprus within easy reach of Larnaca International Airport. It is at the centre of the national motorway network and well known to locals.
Historically it was a stock breeding and agricultural village. Nowadays, fuelled by the building boom that followed the Turkish invasion in 1974, Aradippou was proclaimed a municipality in 1986 which acknowledged its position as a busy town.
The town takes its name from King Aradippos its founder.
