Cyprus Title Deeds Not A Dead Issue

The call for action on issuing title deeds for property owners is being looked into according to the Cyprus Interior Minister.
  
Cyprus Interior Minister Neoclis Sylikiotis has responded to the CPAG (Cyprus Property Action Group) who wrote directly to Gordon Brown, British Prime Minister, regarding the situation of waiting for years to receive the title deeds to properties even when the house has no money owed on it.
 
According to Mr. Sylikiotis, the House is preparing the necessary legislation and is in the final stages of this process.
 
CPAG is expecting a response to the questions raised to Gordon Brown later this week.
