What’s on in Cyprus this weekend? We have listed a few events that we know are going on around Cyprus over the next couple of days.

Saturday 14th November
The exhibition displaying Stephanie Wood’s work ‘Sanctuaries’ begins this weekend at the Forza 9 Gallery in Paphos. She has a distinguishable style and uses bold colours to depict landscapes, lives, gardens and interiors.
The Mind, Body & Spirit exhibition weekend in Nicosia has a range of workshops, classes and lectures on well-being and therapy.
Staying with Nicosia, the Nicosia Dog Shelter has organised a Cyprus Dogathon event with fun runs or walks for both dogs and owners! All proceeds will go to the shelter to help the animals and also to raise awareness to the shelter.
If you are a cat lover, you may want to visit Governor’s Beach in Limassol this weekend for the International Cat Show which is also showing Cyprus cat breeds.
The Barley Mow pub in Protaras is holding a Charity Night in celebration of the life of the pub landlady, Carrie who recently passed away after a bitter struggle with cancer. All proceeds from the night will go to the Cyprus Anti Cancer Society and Oncology Centre in Nicosia.
If you are in the Paphos area, the Colosseum II Italian restaurant in Kato Paphos has a Dire Straits tribute band ‘Brothers in Arms’ performing from 9.30pm.
Larnaca is holding a Shadow of Light Music event at the Municipal Theatre - an evening with Greek songs, pop and rock music. It’s free to get in so if you are in the area why not join in the fun.
Sunday 15th November
Part of the fortnight of the Larnaca Amateurs Artistic Creation, the Old Company present an evening of well-known songs from Greece and Cyprus. The performance is at the Larnaca Municipal Theatre and entrance is free.
The Latin Parish Hall at Coral Bay in Paphos has organised a lunch with the added performance of Abba tribute group ‘Abba Dabba Do’. The profits from the day go to St. Michaels Hospice.
There is also a Cyprus Classical Music Concert in Paphos with evening entertainment and a buffet dinner. The musicians’ program includes pieces by Handel, Chopin and Tarrega. All proceeds from the evening will go to the Hospice.
DanceCyprus will be performing at the Markedeio Theatre in Paphos. They will present three extremely interesting works for the audience.
