Cyprus Weekend Breaks

Description:

In light of tourism being down generally in Cyprus this year, the Tourism Ministry in association with the Cyprus Tourism Organisation (CTO) is offering weekend deals for local residents.
 

With hotels now in the ‘quiet’ period, the incentive will help to boost local businesses who have struggled this year.

 
A weekend stay includes overnight stay and meals and costs from as little as €50 per person. There are also organised guided tours available free of charge courtesy of the CTO.

 
This is the second year running for the scheme which proved a success last year with over 1,000 people participating.  The scheme will run from now until 30th June 2010 and will range from small apartments to grand 5 star hotels.
