Two hunters accidentally shot dead a relative on Sunday in the Paphos area.The victim, Chrysanthos Chryanthou aged 43, was hit by stray pellets in the chest from his brother and father-in-law as they were shooting at a hare. He died quickly from the gunshot wounds.
During the hunting season many accidents occur between the hunters and there are constant appeals for safety from the Cyprus government and police.
