Description:

Cyprus vehicle owners have from Friday 7th January 2011 until the 14th February 2011 to renew their road tax.
 

According to an announcement by the Cyprus Road Transport Department, they will not be sending road tax renewal reminders to the public and it is up to the public to ensure they make the renewal payment in time.
 

Road tax renewals should be made by no later than Monday 14th February 2011. The Road Tax Department have also said that any motorists found not to have up to date road tax after this time will be reported and fined.
 

In order to renew road tax, a valid Cyprus MOT certificate must be held.
