Cyprus Winter in Troodos

Most people come to Cyprus to escape the cold weather for the milder climates offered at this time of year.

However, for some the Troodos mountains have a much better appeal with the sun shining down on the mountain roads and the breathtaking, snow capped scenery. 
 
The sheer contrast of the snow in the mountains and the sun shining down on the Cyprus coasts is a great advantage to those people who like to have a change of weather and scenery without having to travel very long distances.  
 
At the moment, Sun Valley 1 and 2 slopes are open and the weather conditions are around 3 degrees but the temperatures are set to rise in the coming days.
