Cyprus Eggs Recalled

Description:

The Cyprus Agriculture Ministry is recalling two brands of eggs from sale in the local market as Salmonella enteritidis bacteria have been found.  The Ministry is working with the hatcheries to withdraw the eggs from the market.

Even if you have discarded the egg box you can check the batch number of your eggs as it is normally printed on the eggs themselves.

The batch numbers in question are:

Batch no. 1CY4128.32 belonging to the Savvas Petrides hatchery

Batch no. 3CY4112.20 belonging to Komitis Farm Ltd.
