Cyprus Tour Bus Adds to Ayia Napa Fleet

The Red Bus Company which brought an open top double-decker bus to Cyprus last year has added another two buses to their collection.

 
The company provides guided bus tours to both locals and tourists in the Ayia Napa - Famagusta area of Cyprus.

 
The idea is to offer a little taste of English style travel for those wanting to see Cyprus in a different way to the conventional air conditioned coaches that offer tours in the area.

 
The tour visits the uninhabited Achna village and dam, Famagusta town, and the Green Line. It also journeys through Cypriot villages including Liopetri, Avgorou and Paralimni.

 
The buses which cost approximately €34,000 each can seat up to 75 people, with 43 seats on the open deck upstairs.
 

A 2 ½ hours tour costs €15 for adults and €10 for children, although a family ticket can be purchased for €45.
