The master chef, Peter is highly qualified studied in Westminster Catering College of London. Having trained in the 'a la carte' restaurant of the highly acclaimed Harrods in London, and maintains a spotless kitchen. He prides himself on using only the freshest of foods and adds extra special flavours to his dishes with fragrant herbs freshly gathered from the restaurant's own herb garden.
